Title: I feel good!

I've lost 11pounds so far. And I feel  very very good!   Now if I can get mom not to buy sweet things like cookies and such.  She can't figure out why she's not losing weight. Oh well I will keep trying.

No she doesn't want to watch the video. But I've talked up a storm about it and how bad sugar is. I will keep trying :)

Some folks just don't want to give up their sugar.
And like drugs, sugar is VERY addictive.

With many though, they come around when they see how thin and healthy we are.
Having more energy and looking good is very attractive.

The Sugar video is used by doctors and teachers.It has a gross out effect :D

Hi Souper, in the end you are really only responsible for yourself. Your Mom will come around when she's with you at the store buying much smaller clothes for you  ::)
