Watching james bond movies. Are beans good for you?  I like them. I got some chicken tenders ( no breading). I'm going to have them for dinner. I've now lost 7#'s. Yeah!!!!!  I can't believe that so little weight lost can have such a big impact.

  Boy that is a loaded question  Haha  As far as vitamins and protein goes yes but if you are following FTS guidelines then no  Unless of course they have the word "green" or "soy" in front of them   ;D ;D  Most all others have way too much starch in them to be FTS friendly  ;)

congrats on the weight loss!! Umpa and I eat black soy beans, fresh soy beans (Edamame Pods) and green beans all the time. All other beans are way to high in carbs to eat while you're losing weight. When you get to your goal weight and go on maintenance hard beans are one of the carbs I like to see back in an eating plan.
