I have been getting over the flu/cold that is going around so my appetite is not what it normally is. I woke up late this morning, had to run the kiddo to karate and get my errands done. So no breakfast and I grabbed food on the run for lunch.
Lunch: Salad: lettuce, egg, bacon, Tuna, green peppers and Walden no carb dressing. Carbs: 3
Dinner: Steak Pita Luv: cube steak cut into strips, Josephs Flax seed pita, mayo, cheese Carbs: 5
Garlic Broccoli: Broccoli, cheese, garlic Carbs: 2
And at sometime in the evening there will be Land-o-lakes whipped cream and sugar free lime jello :) Carbs: 0
