Tuna Patties

These are quick & easy I don't think they are on here if so sorry to duplicate .

Tuna Patties

2 small cans of tuna in water
2 large eggs
shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
  
   Just fry in canola or olive oil until brown & enjoy !

Dill Mayo

3 heaping tablespoons mayo
1 heaping tablespoon fresh chopped dill
1 drop green food color

These sound really yummy. I like my tuna with just a "hint" of rosemary so I might try that with your recipe.

I don't like tuna, but I think I could do this with canned chicken.

Added a little bit of chopped green onion. They were excellent!

I tried the tuna patties for lunch today.  They were very good.  I put a few shakes of Frank's Hot Sauce (0 net carbs) on top to eat them.  It just gave them a little extra zip.

The Tuna Patties were wonderful. We made up a quick dill mayo to go with them..... Delish!  8)
