I'd love to share my own tips and see all of yours as well.

Here is something I recently did. Heaving Whipping cream can add up when making desserts with it. I make a lot with whipped cream. I buy it in half gallon size for $7. My problem is that it goes bad before I can use it up. Here is what I decided to do about it. I made up several servings of whipped cream then put it in ziploc container and in the freezer. Will cut a piece each evening for next day and thaw in fridge. When thawed, will whip up again.
