Thank you to founditatlast for mentioning lime juice in a post. I didn't know there was such a thing. I have ReaLemon and now also ReaLime. zero carbs. I don't like the taste or idea of artificial sweetener, so for a soft drink I add a splash of lemon or lime juice to low-sodium club soda (zero carbs). Very refreshing.

The sweetners i like are stevia and xylitol.I like stevia for my coffee and tea .(Make sure your sweetners are 100% pure or that they have no fillers.When they add fillers that adds carbs.)Stevia is a herb.Xylitol is birchbark.I like xylitol for baking and cooking because it dissolves.Check out the keylime pie and cheesecakes on the recipe board and prepare to get happy! ;D
