Hey everyone!! As of this morning, I'm actually 1 1/2 pounds closer to One-derland!!! I've lost the weight that I gained from eating too large portions and actually moved my ticker today!!!
Thanks Doug, Umpa and my FTS family for all of your help and encouragement!!!
Yippee!!!!!
::) ;D :D

Glad it's working for you again, MommaB!

You are very welcome :) Now it's your job to pass along what you've learned to other members who find themselves in that frustrating stall position :)

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Hooray Momma!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Gotcha Mojo working!!! :D

It actually never stopped working for me Sarah, my stall was my fault for eating too much (portions waaay too large), drinking too many diet sodas, AND eating too many sugar alcohols and not getting enough water and sleep!!!
Not saying that stalls don't happen when doing the right things, but in my case, it was definitely my own fault!!!
I'm excited to be back on track and plan to stay that way!!! :D

You go girl! Self-reflection is hard but you are to be congratulated for not making excuses. Onward and downward!

You've got it now, Momma!... Just keep going for it and you'll become the skinny you! :) :) :)

Andrea 76.2 Pounds!!!!!!! YEAH!!!! ;D

I'm getting closer and closer but those last pounds are pretty stubborn. I have a splint and ace bandage because I had a cyst removed from my wrist and I'm sure it weighs 5 pounds or so. I won't really be able to weigh in for several weeks so I'm being very basic in my food choices and drinking lots of water.
By the way, my cyst was hidden under layers of FAT and didn't bother me until it's cushion was melted away.

You've done awesome, Andrea! Very inspirational!

Thanks, Sarah. It's been quite a journey and this forum has been a big part of my motivation. My thanks to all who participate!

You didn't know you had it Andrea?
-
I didn't know it was there. It was mostly deep in the joint with only a small bump in the exact place my wrist rests on a table when I write or use a mouse. My wrists are much smaller now so the padding is gone. It's a good thing because it would have eventually gotten big enough to bother me and would have been harder to remove. It's just one of life's little irritants. I am very grateful for a job that has good health insurance.

You were blessed to find it ;) I remember when I lost about 50 pounds and I was laying in bed with my legs bent up but together and I said to Doug"there is a gap between my legs! I can see the TV" ;) ;)

That's my laugh of the day, Umpa! I'll have to try that tonight.
The best part of the surgical process was several references to me being HEALTHY! It's been quite a while since that adjective has been used to describe me but I've earned it with all of your support. Again, my thanks to the forum.
