This is a delish quick low carb lunch or dinner that will please all of your taste buds!
LOW CARB Mac n Cheese with ham and broccoli (makes 2 casseroles)

Ingredients
1 package House Foods Shirataki macaroni noodles- http://www.house-foods.com/tofu_shirataki_usa/ (http://www.house-foods.com/tofu_shirataki_usa/)
1/2 jar Bertolli Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1 cup broccoli cut int small pieces of choice
4 tablespoons ground pork rinds
Directions
1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2-mix all ingredients except pork rinds
3-place 1/2 mixture each into 2 casseroles and top with pork rinds
4-bake 30 minutes till crispy on top
