Favorite cheeses, olives, berries, gg brancrisp breads, peppers....YUM!!!!

I'll make one of these for lunch while watching football on TV.

I just measure everything so I don't "over-stuff my face".
That's really easy to do eating while watching the tube.

I love making leftover "surprise" omelets.
They're always good. And sometimes they are amazing. ;D
