Morgan what is rocket??Sounds interesting ;) I love raw steak never had raw ground beef though.

Sorry for misleading you umpa, after all the layering  you bake it like meatloaf but you serve it cold.  Though tastes good hot or warm also. Rocket is a type of lettuce with a slightly bitter taste.

YUMMY!!!... One of my favorite sandwiches is meatloaf with ketchup! :) :) :)
I traded the bread in for low carb wraps or just lettuce leaves.
