as per the website...

SalbaŽ is the richest whole food source of Omega 3 fatty acids and fibre found in nature. Every serving (12 grams or approximately 2 flat tablespoons) of SalbaŽ provides over 2,400 mg of Omega 3s, over 4,500 mg of dietary fibre, with less than 0.5 net carbohydrates per serving. Gram for gram, SalbaŽ provides six times more calcium than whole milk, three times more iron than spinach, and fifteen times more magnesium than broccoli. SalbaŽ is all-natural, has no trans-fats, is gluten free, has almost no carbohydrates, and is certified Non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism).

i think it's basically chia seeds

Chia seeds as in chia pets? Why would you want to eat a chia pet? ;D

It seems like every week another new "miracle" food hits the market. Remember, the only miracle that usually happens is how fast the manufacturers bank account gets FAT! Now I'm not saying that some of these foods, seeds, nuts, fruits, herbs, etc...etc...etc... don't have some benefit... but "miracle food" ??

Gimme a break!

Which is why I asked.  I've seen it in health food stores and heard about it but I didn't want to try it unless someone else went first!
