thanks Umpa,

breakfast eggs whites hard boiled with mayo over chopped lettuce
unlimited tea


lunch porkchop/carrotts/strawberries

snack teaspoon peanut butter/half a slice of bread

dinner  protein veg and fruit. sometimes macdoubles and salad, or grilled chicken salad. i try to stick with veg/protein/fruit. i think nogurt has been a hold up.

Skinny have we read the book?? ;) No carrots.what kind of bread?Are you eating the buns with the burgers?You won't detox fully if you are eating carrots and bread.Your fruits should be limited to berries and avocados.Keep posting  your meal plans and i will help you :)
