The ice cream recipes in the Bakery book will all make excellent Popsicles. You can buy a banana flavoring(or sugarfree banana syrup and use in the place of the coconut in the ice cream recipe and you will get that dreamscicle type. ;) I also like soda popscicles.

I have never tried soda popsicles before.  Any clue how to make a good sugar free jello pop?

This one works great!  If you reduce the water and add heavy whipping cream by the same amount (say by 1/4 cup) it will make a nice creamsicle  ;) ;)

SUGAR FREE POPSICLES

2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free Jello
2 c. cold water
1 env. sugar free drink mix
a bit of sugar free sweetener to taste

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add cold water and drink mix and sweetener to taste. Stir until dissolved. Freeze in popsicle molds or ice trays.

Tee Hee! I was using the nook when I wrote the stuff above. I was using both hands to type! I guess I'll go back to hunt and peck one-handed on the nook!
