B - 2 x sausage rounds - 2 carbs
2 eggs - 2 carbs
bacon - 0 carbs, grated cheddar cheese 0 carbs -
coffee x 2 with 2 tbsp half and half 2 carbs - total 6
L chicken (fillet - from last night's supper)
lettuce and spinach 1 carb?
ham
cheese - (was shredded packaged,but thankfully 0 carb)
Renee's caesar dressing 0
D 2 x GG crispbreads with salmon and mayo - 4 carbs
Am I getting the hang of this or what? LOL

I'm not loving the withdrawal (belly) pains though, but I'll weather them....I already feel better after just a few days and I'm a girl with a high threshold for pain!

But I have a better attitude and am so much more determined now - and I have a super goal - I am going home to Australia in June and I want to look shock em all back home!
