Yes I am stuck after seeing the hidden carb counter I think I know why .  Sherriepie is stalled to so we thought we would do 0 carb for a week if we can ,may not be able too LOL Also Susie is going to do it too . Sherrie is going to start tommorrow because she had already ate breakfast .

What is 1/2 flax MIM?

I am having a hard time figuring out side dishes. I usually do salad or broccoli or something fun. Seems like all I'm eating is meat and cheese.

How many days are we doing this?? LOL

the the thing you make in the mirowave
1/4 cup flax
1/4 cup butter melted ( I dont use that much )
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix all together but in microwave for 1 minuite I flip mine over then put back in for like 35 secs
then I slice in half like 2 peices of bread and toast a piece .

Yes when you cant have carbs there is nothing to eat but meat cheese pork skins . YOU  said a week LOL
