Umpa, I just made these lemon cupcakes this morning.  They are cooling on the rack now.  A quick question...do you refrigerate?

Yes.It keeps them from getting crumbly and going bad too quick.There are no preservatives in them like storebought mixes. ;)

Glad hubby likes them,BUT I have never met a cupcake I didn't like! :D :D :D

These were wonderful.  You notice, I said "were".  I got 2, hubby got the rest.  But that's okay.  I have now eliminated his need for "Little Debbie" cupcakes in his lunchbox.  He is almost totally FTS LOL.  For the frosting I used Walden Farms marshmallow dip with lemon extract.  Excellent.  Another great FTS treat.
