Umpa, do you have a recipe for sloppy joes, that we could like put in our wraps? From KFAITH
I will make these over the weekend and post :)

Oh thank you, as that is a favorite of our family. I looked on the manwich can and it had tons of carbs;(

Fat to Skinny Sloppy Joes
INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion  2.5 carbs
1/4 cup chopped red pepper (green ok too) 1.5 carbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup Heinz sugar free ketchup- 8 carbs or Walden farms ketchup  - 0 carbs
3 teaspoons sugar free maple syrup
¼ cup water
DIRECTIONS
1- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and red (green) pepper; drain meat on paper towels.
2- Put meat back in pan and stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and sugar free maple syrup and water; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

wow Umpa you did it, I will be eager to get the stuff to make this. Thanks much;)
I made a low carb cauliflower soup yesterday It was very good and this morning I fried jicama and hubby like it so did I. Hubby likes me doing all this 'cooking' haha as I never did like to spend time in the kitchen, but I am actually enjoying this FTS cooking, and I have more energy already for all that kithcen clean up  ;D ;D ;D Oh I  had gotten the Josephs pita bread at Walmart too, and that is a real treat.

I havent taken the pictures of the sloppy joes yet when I do doug will post them ;) Why don't you post your recipe for the cauliflower soup??Sounds good! I like to use the Josephs pitas for grilled cheese,sherripie turned me on to that :) :)
