I am making it Tiramasu tommorow.I had a hard time finding the mascarpone here in the keys but I finally found some.I found a italian recipe that replaces the ladyfingers with homemade angelfood because authentic ladyfingers are almost impossible to get in the states.i will post it tommorow after i make it.

Its on page 3 of the recipe section. It would make great cupcakes! The frosting is one block of cream cheese, 1/4 xylitol, 1/4 hot water, and fresh unsweetened coconut.Let the cream cheese sit at room tempature and soften .Then add other ingredients.Mix well.Add more water if you need it. Depending on the cake i am making I will also add sour cream to this mix to lighten it up.(german chocolate)
I am making  mini angelfood cakes today for my tiramisu. That would also be a good choice with a lemon or lime glaze.
