Owensmath recently contacted me about this sweetener called IDEAL.I am not familiar with it and I have requested the nutritional information from the manufacturer.I will post it as soon as it arrives.

Thank you for contacting Heartland Sweeteners.  Ideal has 4.2 calories and 1 carbohydrate per teaspoon (one serving).  (The FDA allows any food product with less than 5 calories per serving to be labeled as zero calories.)  If you have any other questions let me know.  Thanks.
