Title: Joined the 40 Pound Club Today!

Well after a stalled weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) from overindulgence around Christmas,
today I FINALY reached the 40 pound lost milestone!!!  :) :) :) :) :) :)

Being stalled out for so long was starting to try my patience.
But I knew that if I stuck with it, my weight would begin to fall off again!

I'm looking forward to the 50 pounds milestone!!!  ;D

Yay!!!  I am so happy for you!!  Isn't it just the BEST to step on the scale and see that it's moved?!!   I agree, I would have lost weight YEARS ago had I know about this lifestyle.  Way to GO!!!!
