Hi Morgan  How have you been?   :)

I'm pretty sure fbs in this case is meant for fasting blood sugar.

Yup!... That's it, Shawn! ;)

Hi Mark and welcome to FTS and low carb lifestyle.

I use Fitday and find it very helpful.  I have a premium account for Fitday ($1 a month), and that gives me access to the Fitday mobile smartphone app.  So I have access to Fitday online anywhere, and it is downloaded on my laptop as well.  Then I have access through my smartphone, and at one click am able to SYNC all the input, Fitday online, Fitday on my laptop, and my smartphone.  I have tried a few calculators, and prefer fitday to the others.

I also like because I can input my own recipes, and it will calculate the nutritional values.  I even have my vitamins listed so I can tell I'm getting my vitamins/minerals, etc.
