Title: Perfect LOW CARB Fathers Day Feast!!!!
Post by: Doug Varrieur on June 20, 2015, 10:26:47 AM
Are you stumped on what to serve on Fathers Day to that very special Dad? Spoil that guy with this wonderful plate! If Dad likes wine I would suggest a good crisp Chardonnay with this meal. Doesn't need to be expensive check out Barefoot brand....very good bottle for around 10 bucks.

Garlic Seafood Trifecta!

1/3rd cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cluster snow crab
4 jumbo shrimp
1 Maine lobster tail
3 thick slices beef stake tomato
3 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons diced garlic
3 basil leaves slivered
1/4 cup melted butter for dipping
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1- Prepare the salad by placing the tomato slices on a plate, cheese on top, basil next, salt and pepper, balsamic then drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil.
2- In a large skillet over medium heat saute the garlic, rest of the olive oils and all the seafood covered until the seafood comes to a nice orange color.
3- Uncover the pan and sprinkle 3/4 of the fresh parsley over the seafood, mix well and plate.
4- Sprinkle the remaining parsley over the food and serve with melted butter.
