flat blueberry sweetbread?

I don't know what to call it, so that works for now.
I started with the basis of Izzet's bread recipe and added more xylitol and blueberries! I poured it on a cookie sheet with sides on it and it smells really good. I'll let you know how it turns out.


UPDATE: IT'S REALLY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
