Crustless Pumpkin Pie

This recipe came from Diabetes Forum.  DH doesn't like crust and that's fine with me.

Crustless Pumpkin Pie (8 servings)

1 can pumpkin
36 drops FTS Zero
1 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup heavy cream

Mix all, place in a greased pie pan, bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until set.  Keep refrigerated. Chill before slicing. Top with whipped cream.

TooSweet posted a similar recipe but I have a memory of her baking them off in small mason jars.Really cute ;)
