Friday, June 8, 2012

Breakfast
Egg white, sausage & cheese quiche (1 carb)
coffee (0 carbs)

Lunch (w/my oldest at his camp)
hamburger w/mustard & mayo. between 2 pieces of lettuce as a bun (there were no knives or forks!)  (1 carb)

pork rinds to keep me awake on the drive home (0 carbs)
coffee (0 carbs)
iced tea w/FTS zero (0 carbs)

Dinner
Egg white, sausage & cheese quiche (1 carb)
almond milk (0 carbs)

decaf coffee (0 carbs)

3 carbs for the day!! Lots of water, had to stop 3 times on the way home!! lol  ::)

Home sweet home!!!  ;)

Thanks Umpa!! Seems this is getting me started the downward weight loss again!! Yay!!

Tried making your Umpa Mc'biscuits this morning! I need to make them a little less flat & and little bigger around, but they tasted good with sausage & egg-white scrambled eggs on top!!! Yummy!!!  :D
