Hi Everyone, what mayonnaise is recommended on the FTS plan?.....Thanks Refund

Hi refund! :)

I buy Best Foods REAL mayonnaise (East of the Rocky Mountains, it's known as Hellmann's).
This mayo has 0 carbs.

If you buy the "Light" version, there is 1 net carb per TBSP and the flavor is no where near as good.

I traded in my Miracle Whip years ago, it's now Hellmans, the regular one not the low fat one.

Well, I used to be in CA. Now I'm kind of right in the middle of them.

Curious to see mayo in the store now because I think I've seen both BF/Hellmans here.

Kraft Real Mayo  :)  Because that is what my mom always used!  Do you ever find that you do or buy things just because your mom did?  :)

We gravitate toward things we enjoy and are familiar to us.
This is especially true for things we were exposed to as children.

I have always bought Hellmans, we are in Ohio, we have Kroger stores, they have a Kroger brand that is very good and 0 carb and much cheaper than Hellmans.
