Title: Our Mouth Is NOT the Garbage Disposal!

If we can remember that our mouth is not the garbage disposal, but the part of our body where we put "fuel for our body", then perhaps we will treat our bodies better and become healthier!  Put only the "best fuel" into your body for a great body performance!  Keep the garbage out -SUGAR !!!  Make it a great day!!!  :)
