Adding picture to profile - HELPPPPPP

It's not that I'm technologically changed - it's that I'm a bit thick at times.  I followed doug's instructions but not well enough obviously.  I wanted to add my picture from my gallery and wanted to do it through upload my own picture - whilst the information was entered nothing happened.  How do you do it the other way URL IMG or BB? I don't have a web page.

Ok, go to your profile, click on Forum Profile Information and choose to upload your own picture. I assume this is what you did. It could be that the picture that you tried to upload is too big. Try to resize it before you run the upload. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Morgan you might just need to re size the picture you are trying to upload?  If you click on I will upload my own photo and click on browse...it should take you to your pictures you have stored.  Re size it down and try it again to see if that helps.

okay - managed to resize to 150x150 approx - browsed and the file came up - then nothing.  Do I have press any other buttons.
For crying out loud where are your children when you need them?  They do these things without a thinking about them.

Morgan this may be a silly question but are you clicking the change profile button at the bottom of the page after you upload the picture?  I can't remember what size it needs to be....hopefully Doug will come along and can shed some light on why it isn't working.   We can get to the bottom of it though...don't give up

Hi Morgan, I went to your profile and clicked "I have my own pic" uploaded the pic you see...It's Captain Morgan from the movie Cutthroat Island...love the movie then clicked change profile at the bottom when I was done. This pic size is 136 x 163 and it's a .jpg

You should be able to go into your profile and upload your own pic to replace it. If you have trouble send it to me at DougVarrieur@FATtoSKINNY.com and I'll do it for you.

You haven't seen Cutthroat Island Sarah!! Its AMAZING!!!! My nieces name is Morgan and I am waiting for her to get old enough for the movie! Its my favorite!!! Very exciting!
