Let's ditch the BMI charts as well
My BMI is 26, I'm 53 years old.

Thats from this website:  http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/womens.htm ....

.......but I love their BMI comments on bottom of this page:

I don't think the  goverment should be telling us what we should eat or weigh.I think most people know at what weight they feel healthy. ;)

I agree. Thank goodness for staying off sugar and starch, I can keep my weight down and eat plenty of food.
My thighs have space between them when I stand and my belly isn't firm but it's kind of flat now. I like being this size.

I am not a big believer in anybody telling me what to do as my husband will attest to. :D As long as I stay in my petite 8-10s I am happy.I think women put too much pressure on themselves to stay thin and be perfect. Our rules for our kids is happy, healthy and safe or mom will come kick your butt! :D Healthy is so much more important then being a size 0.Doug actually got too thin.He couldn't buy clothes.I made him up his carb intake.

Using the BMI index as a weight judgement is misleading and can be dangerous!

I weighed 139 today. You look youthful in your photos for your size. I like my size, but I'm not sure if it's the healthiest. I had a very large fat globule on my back at 207 lbs. It's gone down 75%, now it's still there and hurts when I sit in a hard back chair. I don't have any other fat on my back.
