I’m back! I posted a couple times in July but have not been back since. I started FTS in early July and had great results. Then I slid away from the plan for 2 weeks in August :( I had several social functions and a lot of travelling and just didn’t make the right meal choices. I gained 10.8 pounds in those 2 weeks. I have now been back with FTS for one week - and lost 11.4 pounds this week. I am so thrilled. I was afraid it would take me weeks to get back to where I was, so I am greatly encouraged. Total loss so far is 24.2 pounds. I’m starting to realize when I am not hungry, and when I am, and don’t eat by the clock. It often results in eating only twice a day but still not being hungry. The flax bread recipe is a great component of my daily plan for fibre and filling me up.
Now, to keep my determination going and not be led astray again...
-
That's wonderful! I had also gained, from steroids, from an accident but lost more than I gained. Keep at it! Welcome back.
-
Welcome back! Sounds like you learned a scary lesson :o Next time you feel the urge to stray come back here...to the forum, your FTS family will keep you straight ;) Congrats on the weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/)! ;D
-
Ive hit this ugly plateau Ive cut back and added exercise and nothing is happening... :'(
-
Stay the course Beebs my dear, your body will respond in time. :) Good for you on the exercise, great for your heart and metabolism. I spent the afternoon chopping wood! It's 55 degrees at my cabin, big roaring fire in the fire place 8)
-
Welcome Back DownEast....WoW....That is alot to lose the first week....Im pretty new so not sure if your a male or female....Just wondering cause I know guys have no problem losing that in a week...(Jealous me..lol)
Hang tuff Beebs..It happen to me almost all of July...It will move again when your body re-adjust to the weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) up to this point....
Awwww nice Doug.....Enjoy!!!
-
It has been almost two months since I lost anymore weight..... :-\
-
Downeast it works great when if ya use it. ::) check in more often and if you fill like your going to stray from the plan get in here and we will all push you in the proper direction.
Beebs stay the course. How is are your BS readings staying low?
-
They're pretty good most days. Stress sends em thru the roof though.
-
Beebers...two months is a long time on a plateau, time for you to go as close to zero carb as you can for a week to break the cycle, watch your BS.
-
Stress is a bad very bad thing. Screws up weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/). Also cut those carbs as low as you can. Park as far away from the store as possible so ya have to walk futher (makes my wife crazy ;D) but I need all the extra I can get. Read F2S again, when I get hung up that's what I do.
-
I cut back to like ten but my blood sugar started dropping out then I started having cravings for crazy stuff.
I guess maybe I need to try the coconut oil......It's like my body hit freeze frame....
-
Beebers did you cut out the sweets & breads...cakes like Doug suggested weeks ago???? ::)
-
I definitely cut back yes.
-
Are you still having your weekly carb treats??You said you reward yourself once a week for doing well. That will end your weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/).
-
Carb treats? I dont think so .....
-
It has been almost two months since I lost anymore weight..... :-\
Beebs I had that same problem last month and I don't know why. I was eating all the same foods but couldn't loose anything. I was down to just salad and no carb dressing trying to see what was going wrong. Last week out of the blue I started loosing again and I couldn't tell you why, nothing changed in my diet. I think maybe it's just a body thing?? If you figure it out let me know, because I was stumped and so frustrated. I'm sure if you keep it up you'll start loosing again too. :)
-
You are so right sherripie that has been my experience too.Its like the body takes re-adjustment time. ;)
-
Well I cut back to ten carbs and my sugar has been dropping out so that's not going to work for me. I guess after the body gets over the shock of the change it freezes up for awhile.
-
Another Saturday has rolled around, so I will pick up this thread again and post my weigh-in results. Down 1.8 pounds this week for a total of 26. It's a bit discouraging after the big loss last week, but at least I have maintained it and lost a bit more. I keep fearing that the "spell has broken" and I won't be able to keep losing.
-
This isn't a spell and it will not be broken :) I do however understand your fear. Let me take you back to the basics, your body burns glucose for fuel, what it doesn't burn it stores as FAT. Over the years you've burned less glucose than you've taken in and the result is the stored fat on your body. The FTS program is designed to feed you foods that do not metabolize into glucose forcing the body to use the reserves (stored fat) as fuel. If you continue to eat the FAT TO SKINNY program as prescribed in the book you will continue to lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/). Some weeks will be slower than others, heck some weeks you may lose nothing. Other weeks you may drop 6 pounds....why? Lots of factors, your personal metabolism, portion control, stress, activity level, the occasional "cheat". All of these things will effect you.
I want you to stop worrying and enjoy your life, quit obsessing over your weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/). I promise you if you stay the course, follow the advice you've been given, eat the way I've taught you, continue to tweak your recipes and food intake and stay in touch with your FTS family your weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) will continue.
You can accomplish anything you want if you want it bad enough :)
Don't Worry, Be Happy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwDVvKetRv4#)
-
Another Saturday. Thanks, Doug, for your straight talk and pep talk in the previous post. It meant a lot to me to have such personal coaching and to feel that you really, truly do care. That’s wonderful encouragement.
Weigh-in today and the result is: down 3.2 pounds for a total of 29.2. Wow.

Wow Downeast that is terrific!! You should be so proud. Give yourself a little pat on the back!!
-
DOUG! Thank you so much for just the right BOOSTER SHOT of encouragement for our hearts! That rotten devil is always trying to whisper lies and make us feel like we just aren't worth it....Well, that rotten peahead snake can try all he wants but with GOD on our side, no one or nothing can be against us! WE ARE WORTH EVERY OUNCE of NOT GIVING IN !!
I love the video, and my son adores it ! They sing it at his school quite often...sometimes every day.... it is a special needs school...for PRECIOUS ONES WHO HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO KEEP GOING...SO I KNOW WE CAN TOO !!
I have been with "our fts family" for 16 weeks.... i was stuck at a dead stop(even gained some) around the 8th week i think, (after losing 16 lbs) and seemed no matter what i tried it would not go down....!!!!!!!!!! ....suddenly now for the past two weeks, the weight suddenly started dropping again!! WOO!!! HOO!! for around 5 or 6 weeks,,,nothing...BUT!!!! I stayed the course...my portions cut and staying around 10 carbs a day average, I have now lost a total of 22 lbs!!!!!!! \:D/ .....I am getting excited again!....yes I am!! Glory to God!
Peace, Love... and great J O Y to all of us, every single one of us here is going to make it to the goal...IF YOU STAY THE COURSE... I BELIEVE !! haha ! ...Do YOU!
PROUD OF YOU DOWNEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D
L I F E S T Y L E !!!!!! NOT DIET, Amen !!!! ... KEEP GOING, Guys and Gals!!
-
You guys are welcome and congratulations to both of you on your continued FTS success. I say it all the time, patience and staying the course, tweaking the program and following the rules will always pay off. For you Cyndi it took cutting your carb count down to 10 or less and watching portions. I bet you find that very easy now. For you downeast it was recognizing that the speed in which the weight comes off is not measurement of success, the actual weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) itself is :) Stay the course and "Don't worry....B.... Happy!"
-
Congrats Downeast! ;D
-
Saturday again. More good news, down 1 pound for a total of 30.2 pounds lost. I was just thinking - this is the third time in the past 6 years that I have lost those same 30 pounds. I sure hope it's the last I see of them!
-
so IT IS !! as you ..BELIEVE ! ...then receive!! KEEP GOIN' !! \:D/...Lord bless you!
-
That's entirely up to you. You now know exactly what created and recreated and recreated that 30 pounds of Flab.....if you want it gone forever stay off the sugar. ;)
-
Yay everyone ;D ;D ;D
-
It's Saturday again and this week I lost 5.6 pounds! Amazing! Total loss of 35.8 pounds in 13 weeks. Many thanks to everyone on the forum family for the encouragement.

-
Another Saturday has rolled around and I've lost 2.2 pounds this week for a total of 38 pounds. Today is a bit of a challenge with turkey dinner, celebrating Thanksgiving here in Canada. Thank goodness I don't like pumpkin pie and don't care about potatoes - otherwise the meal should be OK, just watching portion control. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on the forum from up north in sunny Canada!
-
Congrats on 38 lbs have a very nice day !
-
Happy Thanksgiving Downeast, from Southern Ontario. Congratulations on your amazing weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/)!!
May your stuffing be tasty
May your turkey be plump,
May your cauli mash and gravy
Have never a lump.

And your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off your thighs!
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! And Happy Columbus Day to our U.S. friends!

Happy Thanksgiving Canada!

-
Saturday again, but no loss to report this week. :-[ Oh well, I'll just stay the course, keep following the plan.
-
Staying the same is good, and yes, keep following the plan!
-
Cut the carbs further this week and avoid all sugar alcohols, watch your portion sizes. ;)
-
I followed Doug's great advice from last week - watched portions, careful to count carbs, no sugar alcohols - and this week I'm down 1.6 pounds for a total loss of 39.6 pounds in 16 weeks. Although, 3 of those weeks in August I fell off the wagon and gained then lost again, but I still have to count the total weeks.
Strange how it's easy to miss the obvious. I keep thinking "I have 120 pounds to lose" but now I realize I don't have 120 pounds to lose anymore, I have 81 pounds to lose! ;D
-
Way to go downeast!!! That is great!
-
I guess we all have to do that from time to time . My weight is not moving very fast but my cloths are much looser
-
Don't forget .this is a lifestyle change. Don't forget to give yourselves credit for what you have accomplished! :) How do you feel????
-
Saturday again: This week I am down 1.4 pounds, for a total of 41 pounds in 17 weeks. I'm going backwards through a time warp as I bring clothes out of my closet that I haven't been able to wear for years. It's great!
-
Downeast that is great !!! Even though I am kinda of jealous that I am a SLOW loser . Actually a very slow loser . Anyway pull them clothes out you they maybe to big for you also . Have a good day !

-

-
:D :D :D
-
Another Saturday and no loss to report this week. However, I’m enjoying how loose my clothes feel - and these are clothes I haven’t been able to wear for years. I will soon have to dig further into my wardrobe archives.
-
44.8 pounds gone dance!!! I would think you need new clothes! ;D
-
Saturday at the end of Week 21 and I've lost another 2 pounds for a total of 46.8 pounds. Feels great! This lifestyle is getting easier all the time as it becomes just routine - just part of me and how I live every day. Oh - and I found a local source (fairly local for me, only 120 miles away) for La Tortilla low carb tortillas. They're wonderful!
-
It only gets easier from here!Way to go! ;D
-
Congrats Doweast !!! And I just told my sister that it does get easier everyday that passes !!!!
-
That's great Downeast!! It does get easier as time passes. And yes, love the LaTortillas!
-
It's Saturday - and I've passed the 50 pound mark! I lost 4.2 pounds this week ;D for a total of 51 pounds in 22 weeks. I was more strict with myself this week - don't eat in the morning until I'm hungry, and no grazing between meals. Extra eating is just a bad habit, and I am learning to develop a new habit of better practices. Feels great!

Yeah Downeast that is great . It does take us awhile to get out of our bad habits . But looks like you have done it!! Congrats on the big 50 LB mark
-
Saturday again, and only 13 days until Christmas! No loss to report this week, but I did maintain the big loss of last week which feels great. I attended a business dinner this week - butter and rolls, small salad, dinner plate with a mountain of carrots, 2 mountains of mashed potatoes and gravy, serving of roast beef, then apple pie and ice cream. I saved the salad until I received my main dish then ate the salad and beef. Never even considered the rolls or dessert and didn't want the potatoes and carrots. It was easy! It was wonderful! :)
-
Isnt it great to not have the weakness to starch anymore ,I use to fight over the rolls . LOL we are finally free from the sugar trap !!!! Thanks to FTS
-
That is great Downeast, Christmas dinner should be a breeze!!
-
Way to go downeast !you must be so tickled with yourself! :)
-
Saturday! The scale shows 2.2 pounds lost this week for a total of 53.2 pounds. I'm steadily getting very close to the half-way point. A couple weeks ago my watch battery died so I stopped wearing the watch. When I finally got a new battery and put the watch back on I had to tighten the band by a notch. Ha! :D I hope everyone has a blessed, safe and happy Christmas with family and friends. Stick with FTS over the next 2 weeks - you really won't look back at Christmas and regret skipping all those way-too--sweet and starchy foods. Merry Christmas Doug and Umpa, and blessings to you for changing my life!
-
Merry Xmas to you Downeast! And Congrats on the weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/)!!! ;)
-
WTG Downeast! Merry Christmas!
-
Congrats and Merry Christmas
-
It's Saturday and it's Christmas! Merry Christmas to everyone, and I wish for you a happy, healthy holiday full of FTS friendly festivities. The scale shows I'm down .8 pounds this week for a total of 54 pounds - a great way to head towards a new year!
-
Congrats!!!!!!!!! Merry Merry :)
-
How many carbs does grapefruit have?
-

-
It's Saturday and it's 2011! I've lost another pound this week, for a total of 55 pounds. It was definitely worth it to stick with FTS through the holidays. Happy New year to everyone!
-
Way to go Downeast! ;D
-
That is great Downeast!
-
Another Saturday and I've lost 1.8 pounds this week for a total of 56.8 pounds. Sometimes I don't even think about this eating plan, it's just part of me now - I guess that's why we call it a lifestyle. Hooray for FTS!
-
you are doing great! :)
-
Great!!
-
Another Saturday. No loss to report this week. :-[ I'll just keep on keeping on.
-
56.8 pounds! Thats a lot of weight!
-
Shake it up a bit....change your menu ;)
-
It was Saturday 2 days ago - and now I'm back at my computer to report a loss of 1.8 pounds for a total of 58.6 pounds. Losing has been slow these last few weeks so it's great to see some encouraging results.
No outdoor exercise lately. It's been -40 degrees, which is the point where the Fahrenheit and Celsius scales cross. Doesn't matter which scale you use, it's really, really cold.
-
Hi downeast! :)
Keep up the good work.
Sometimes, weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) will stop while our bodies are readjusting to our new weight(s) as we're losing.
These are normal plateaus that will occur.
And always remember, this is NOT a race!
Each of us is different and will lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) at different rates.
Since we intend to eat this way for the rest of our lives.
Losing weight slowly should not be an issue.
Congratulations!!! :) :) :) 58.6 pounds is a LOT of weight to lose!!! :) :) :)
-
Congrats as long as it is going downward is what we aim for !!!
-
great job! Don't be discouraged, you've lost so much :) Also, it's taken much longer for us to get the weight on, so it will take time to take it off!
I have to thank you for encouraging me! I'm going to start with a weekly weigh in also....except mine will be on Mondays
-
Becky you lost 12 pounds! Thats great! I am so happy for you! :)
-
Do you realize that you are approaching 25% of the way to your goal!!! :) :) :)
Way to go becky! :)
-
I'm REALLY proud of you Becky!
-

-
That's great Downeast!
-
You Go Downeast! ;D
-
Way to go! Are you posting your daily meal plan in the forums yet? You should, it really helps to see what we're eating and where our carbs are going.
Congrats again!!
-
That's great downeast! :) :) :)
Every bit of fat we lose counts!
-
Saturday - these weeks roll by so fast! Down another 1.2 pounds this week for a total of 60.2 pounds. The weather has warmed up alot lately (now around plus 10 fahrenheit) so I might be able to go for a walk outside without having to wear so many layers that I can't actually move!
-
+10F, that's almost a heat wave these days. Yes, get out and enjoy some fresh air, even at that temperature it is still pretty brisk! Congrats on your weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/)!!
-
Oh yes... Outdoor walks!
One of the best ways I know that help you feel better and get healthier. :)
-
Hey Mouseissue, I see that your ticker has moved. Hurray for you!!

Saturday again. No loss to report this week. The scale is going to move soon, I just know it.
Hi Downeast! :)
If you keep the faith and stay the course like Doug says... the scale will have no choice but to move down!
-
Downeast, wonderful things are happening inside your body, even if you can't see it.
-
Saturday again. No loss to report this week. The scale is going to move soon, I just know it.
HAHA! Last week I said the scale was going to move - little did I know where it would move to! My husband absconded with my scale and has taken it to the barn to weigh feed bags, so I haven't been able to weigh myself. :( I've heard of husbands hiding a scale, but not stealing one. If it doesn't re-appear soon I'll have to go hunt for it. I'll be lucky if all I have to clean off it is feed chaff and mouse poop, might be much worse. Stay tuned for the continuing saga of the kidnapped bathroom scale.

This is truly a new one around here!... :D :D :D

Lots to report this week. I rescued my scale from the barn. There weren't too many nasties to clean off it and I soon had it restored to its rightful place in the bathroom, but then it didn't work! But I realized it was minus 22 fahrenheit outside so the battery would be frozen. I waited a while, stepped on it, and was surprised to find that I had lost half my body weight. Oh, the men had changed it to kilograms at the barn. Sheesh. Six months ago losing half my body weight would have been a good thing but not anymore. :) :) Anyway, I'm down .8 pounds for a total of 61 pounds which brings me past the HALF WAY mark. Hooray!
-
Congrats on getting past the half way mark!! WTG!
-
Congrats Downeast !!! as long as it is going down !
-

Hip Hip Hooray! ;D ;D ;D
I too am quickly approaching my halfway point!
-
Saturday again, and I have lost .4 pounds this week for a total of 61.4. I'm a bit surprised and disappointed as I expected it to be more than that, but I'll take it. It's in the right direction. Another huge snowstorm here last night, so I gave up on any outdoor activity and spent the afternoon packing up clothes that are now too big. What great motivation! I put them in a big clear garbage, and I can kind of see the succession of pounds coming off as I look at the pile in the bag. Anyway, I'm going to get them out of the house. There's no going back!! :) ;D :)
-
Thats right doweast give them to some fat chick that likes sugar ,congrats on .4 it is a loss
-
I am very happy for you downeast! ;D
-
Halfway!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't you just love that ::) Chip away, chip away ;)
-
Saturday - and I've lost .8 pounds this week for a total of 62.2 pounds. Still chipping away.
-
Good for you my friend! Congrats! 8)

I'm so happy for you downeast! ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
You go girl! ;D
-
Saturday - and great progress made this week. I'm down 1.8 pounds. I saw the doctor yesterday and she's quite excited about my progress and better blood pressure readings. I take my BP reading at home or at the pharmacy because I have "White coat syndrome" and my BP goes up over 50 points when I'm at the clinic. She looked over my record of BP readings and was really pleased, advised me on lowering my meds if I become dizzy. She also pointed out to me her record of my previous high weight, which is 10 pounds more than I thought (I guess I didn't really want to think about reality back then). So, I have adjusted my ticker to the proper starting weight. I still have the same amount left to lose, but have lost 74 pounds instead of 64 pounds. Life is good, and getting better every day!
-
That's great downeast!!
-
I know just how you feel, downeast!
Ain't it great!!! ;D ;D ;D
-
74 pounds gone! how cool is that :)
Picture Time!!!!! We want to see you :)
-
Congrats !!!
-
Congratz!!!
-
I am so happy for you my friend! ;D
-
Saturday again. No loss to report this week, but also no gain.
Stay the course.

Saturday again. No loss to report this week, but also no gain.
Stay the course.
Hi downeast! :)
Adjustments downeast, adjustments... You're body is adjusting to where your weight is right now.
Congrats!!!... You're still on course! ;)
-
;D life is good
-
Another week, just treading water, still stuck at 74 pounds. Scary thing is I'm heading into a week of travelling, hotels and restaurants - so many challenges.
-
Hang in there Downeast. I just got back from a week of restaurants and hotels last weekend. I brought along FTS snacks so if I got hungry I wouldn't get too hungry. Most of the people at the restaurants were very accommodating. I ordered omelet es for breakfast and just had meat and salad for dinner. I also brought pitas so I could put hamburgers on them etc.
You can do this ;D
Enjoy yourself.
-
Downeast you got this down. You will be fine ;)
-
Mimzy is right, downeast! :)
Every restaurant I've eaten at has been VERY accommodating about keeping the carbs down.
Just relax... You will do fine and the scale will begin to move soon! ;)
-
It was Saturday two days ago and I'm home now from my trip. Hotels and restaurants for several days and I'm down .6 pounds this week for a total of 74.6 pounds. Not a huge loss, but a huge relief that I didn't gain while travelling. I ordered "meat and greens" in restaurants, and didn't even want the bowl of plain white rice in the Japanese restaurant - didn't seem appealing at all.
-
WTG Downeast! Did you get to the Low Carb Grocery?
-
I have to say I think it's a huge win if you can travel and not gain weight... Good for you!
-
You did great downeast! 74.6 pounds is amazing!!! ;D I can't even put real rice in my mouth tastes like glue to me.I like the cauli rice or the miricle noodle orzo . :)

Saturday - well, it was Saturday 2 days ago and now I'm home again. I hope I won't be travelling so much in the near future. But, in spite of all the travel I have lost .6 pounds so I'm thankful. I've got restaurants all figured out now - meat and salad, meat and salad, meat and salad, hold the croutons. Happy Spring everyone!
-
You must be so proud of yourself downeast!! ;D
-
That's what I am going to tell myself when I start my trip Thursday...... meat and salad, meat and salad, meat and salad...LOL I had a hard time at a Mexican restaurant the other day though.... they kept bringing me a small plate of lettuce for my salad... (I'm talking like 1/4 cup if that with loads of sour cream!!) :o :o Other wise the steak taco's were great! Without the shell of course ;) I was wishing I had brought my low carb tortilla...LOL :'( Next time I will be prepaired this was just a last minute stop. Hubs is from Texas and loves the Mexican/texmex food..
-
My parents are live in San Antonio and my daughter Haley is in the Hill Country so I cook alot of tex/mex :)
-
I love it myself Umpa very flavorful food for sure. I wish I could have the onions with my fajitas but they are to high :'( I am very stingy with how I spend my 20....LOL I wonder if onion powder would give you the same or close to flavor with less?? Do you have some of your tex/mex recipes in the cook book? I need to go back and look....LOL
-
I use onions but i measure them.If i don't I get carried away.My enchilada recipe is there,which is my favorite. ;)
-
Thanks I will look for it for sure ;)

It's Saturday, and I'm back. I've been off the forum for a couple weeks, back to work now. I've lost another 1.2 pounds, for a total of 78.4 pounds. SherriPie's ticker is inspiring me to get more serious about my FTS efforts. Keep on keeping on!
-
You are doing great Downeast, WTG!!!

Another Saturday - and no loss to report. I would really love to get below the 80 pound mark but it's not happening yet. But my clothes seem really big - good thing I have draw strings on the waist or they'd be falling down. :o Also, I discovered something this week, A&W diet root beer in cans. It's great, finally a drink without that chemical aftertaste. I've avoided everything but water for that reason, but this root beer is really good.
-
Downeast you are very close to 80 just keep on a going !! I like the root beer too!
-
You will get there! You are so close - just keep on moving forward ;D. And isn't the root beer the BEST?!
-
Hi downeast! :)
A&W diet root beer is the best SF diet soda out there. I'll drink it on occasion.
But plain water is still my drink of choice.
I'll bet you're losing inches even though the scale doesn't show much change.
Hang in there... Just follow the FTS rules and you'll break past the 80 pound mark before you know it. ;)
-
My husband used to HATE any drinks that said "diet" on them. He has been doing the FTS lifestyle with me so he had to try some of those "nasty drinks!" He has come to really enjoy the caffeine free diet Mountain Dew. It's a treat for him!
-
You're doing great downeast, and yes I love the SF A&W Rootbeer too!!!
-
Downeast you are doing great!! I am so happy for you!!!
-
Almost 80 pounds off your body now Downeast 8) You must feel wonderful!

I’m back! I’ve visited the forum occasionally over the past few months but haven’t posted. I lost over 75 pounds in about 10 months, and have kept it off for about a year. That’s the true miracle of FTS. By always being mindful of carbs I didn’t gain the weight back. In my pre-FTS life I lost 40 pounds three times and always gained it (and more) back quickly. Making FTS a lifestyle means avoiding the carbs that cause the gain. Now, I have to get more strict with myself about staying under 20/day to lose the remaining pounds. See you again soon!
-
Way to GO Downeast! :o You have done GREAT!! Visit with us more often. We LOVE hearing success stories like this! ;)
-
I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!DON'T BE A STRANGER!HOT CHICK DANCE!!

-
Good to hear from you downeast!! Happy to hear you are doing so well!
-
Incredible!!!!
-
Hi downeast! :)
So glad to hear from you again!
And to hear another testimony that the FTS lifestyle REALLY works.
Like many of us, I've been on more weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) plans, diets, hypnosis, etc. than I can remember.
But all of them led me to the same place... The weight ALWAYS came back PLUS more!
I felt like a human balloon that would occasionally lose some air only to have some jerk (i.e. carbs) blow me up again!
By simply being careful about carb intake, we can prevent the FAT monster from taking up residence in our bodies.
And the FTS lifestyle, will not only help us do that, but keep us healthier too! ;D
