I would put a couple of scoops of it with 8 oz. of cold water and/or ice in a blender and run for 10-15 seconds then drink (check package directions).

Not to sound like an ad, but 2 scoops of this stuff provides 50 grams of protein (A LOT!) with only 1 net carb.
I drink something similar that provides 40 grams of protein with 2 net carb grams 1st thing in the morning and often after my walks.

I have never heard of anyone using protein drink powders in recipes before.
Since it's sweetened with sucralose, I imagine you could come up with some interesting desserts.
Like blending Isopure with maybe 1/2 water and 1/2 heavy whipping cream and put on top of some berries.
Never tried this but who knows?... Sounds good though, eh?
What you do today is what matters!

Protien powders are great for baking! They really lighten up the flours. ;)

Somewhere I think I have some cookie recipes and different variety of shakes you can make. If you're interested let me know and I'll be happy to share them with you.  ;)

Just remember when baking with soy/soy powder keep the oven temp low or you will get a bitter aftertaste. ;)
