I would LOVE to see a low-carb recipe for one of my favorite Italian treats...Tiramisu!

Umpa, did you ever figure out a recipe for Tiramisu?  I would love to make it.

It didnt make the bakery book because it was way too difficult! It was very important to me to keep the Bakery Book EASY....so that kids or beebs could make all the recipes. :D I will dig out the recipe,its on a scratch pad somewhere. ;)
