mini burgers

I've seen so many commercials for Krystal Burgers, it's crazy! So, here was my version. My family LOVED it!

1 pound ground beef                           Instead of a bun, I took a pizza cutter to a flat bread and made mini-flatbread-buns! YUMMY!
1 egg                                               Saute 1/2 cup of onions in the pan while you cook the burgers.
1/4 cup soy flour (optional)
cheese
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
onion and herb seasoning to taste

Mix all of the above ingredients, except the cheese. Use a tablespoon to spoon out a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten. Cook on medium high heat until cooked to desired doneness. Add cheese, onions, mayo, mustard and place on a flatbread bun. EAT and ENJOY!

I added the soy flour to see if I could get a little different texture/composition more like the krystal burgers and not quite as heavy as a regular one.

Owensmath, I didn't know what Krystal Burgers were so I googled them.  Your version sounds so much better than theirs.  Looking at the picture it is all bun with a little sliver of a pattie.  My tastebuds must have changed because I have no desire to eat something that the main part is the bun and bread products used to be what I craved.  I'll have to give your recipe a try.
