Does jicama ever really get soft using the "keep adding boiling water" method? Just wondering because I'd love it so much more if it actually got soft. I have boiled it and boiled it for a long time and it never really got soft.

yes.if you add cold water it just firms back up everytime you add it.By adding boiling it breaks down ;)

I have found some that I have copied to print out so I can have them to try ;D Ya'll have some really great ideas for meals  :P always look and sound so good!!!!
