It is so good Suz ;) Grandson likes the jicama and cauliflower "potato" salad. If he likes it know other people will too.Kids are very honest :D

Since I can't find jicama around here, I substitute turnips.

I peel and cut them into chunks.
Then, par boil them with a few drops of FTS Zero until they loose their crunch (but firm).
The Zero offsets the "turnip twang". ;)

With labor day weekend upon us BBQ is most likely the table fare. Both of these recipes will be a great low carb hit at any party  8)
