Yep!... It's the main ingredient in probably the best known Mexican soup... Menudo!
It's tasty stuff if you don't think about what it is... Cow stomach! ;D

Since cows only eat grass, I don't mind eating it.
I can't say the same for any carnivorous (meat eating) animal though! :D :D :D
