Cheeto type Cheese Puffs

I found this recipe on another low carb site sounds wonderful I've gotta try it to satisfy my late evening craving for crunchy snacks!

That sounds good, too.  However, I have a 'game' of trying to lower the cost of anything and everything (fixed income).  So the 'make it myself 'recipe uses items I already have.
I wanted to join WW (again), Jenny Craig, Medifast ( a lot of people at church are on that) and Nutrisystem (again), but keep looking for something less expensive. I AM SO GLAD I DID! or I would never have found FTS!  And what I really like about it is it's not a 'diet' where once I go off of it (becasue you don't) you gain everything (+more) back!

At least with the bakery type stuff I suck. Remember my 'bread-sticks'? They looked like giant turd logs.....and then there were the do-nots......
