Hi Agnieszka! :)

If you've read Doug's book, you'd know that exercise is NOT an efficient way to lose FAT.
Limiting intake of net carbohydrates is.

Please understand that exercise is good for you in other ways that can help facilitate weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/).
Specifically, by boosting your metabolism, Which in turn, will speed up weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/).

Pick any exercise that is within your capabilities and go for it.
I prefer walking 5 miles a day.

I completely agree with Tony!! Losing the fat can only be achieved by limiting the intake of carbs!!! Exercise is good, but really the only way to lose that fat is by not feeding your body carbs and forcing it to transform the fat into carbs for energy!!! Read Doug's book to truly understand the body chemistry involved!! It's pretty fascinating!!  ;)
