I got 6 kids 14/13/13/11/7 and 5. 6 BIG bags of candy came in the front door this evening.
Did not touch even ONE! Actually, I touched all of them sorting/checking for the kids, but did not eat 1?
First time in my life!

Having those candies in your home for a while will give you more strength and endurance to resist sugar temptations.
My home is like a "will power boot camp" every day. My wife keeps a Super-Size bag of Mars mini candy bar assortment (from Costco) in the pantry. I see it everyday. But I know what will happen if I eat just one of those little buggars!

I did feel strong mouseissue , but I really didn't hav a craving for them my cravings or gone ,but of course I could have ate one just out of habit . Then the cravings would all be back . NO THANK YOU LOL

I was really surprised at how easy it was to skip the candy. We had bags of it for all the little trick or treaters and I didn't eat a piece. My husband on the other hand couldn't stay out of it. LOL

Yes got through Halloween with out eating any candy :) I was stuck at the same weight for awhile but its moving again. I have to watch portions its easy to eat to much. almost 10lbs gone.
