Hi

I was looking at making the Dark Chocolate Mousse and I am not to sure what Stevia Blend is?
Is it in liquid or powder form?

Can it be substituted with another product?

Stevia Blend is a mix of Stevia and erythritol (a sugar alcohol) here's a website selling the product- http://www.steviva.com/cat--Stevia-Blends--stevivablend.html

I have never used it for baking so I can't advise you on this product other than it looks FTS friendly to me.
