Title: Low Carb Breakfast Wrap

I'm new to the fts site and would like to share a recipe with you all. I hope I have my carb counts right if not please let me know.

1 tsp of fat free plain cream cheese  0 carbs
1 tortilla 3 carbs
2 slices of bacon 0 carbs
1 whole egg fried 0 carbs
2 slices of tomato 1 carb
salt pepper and lemon pepper Mrs dash to taste 0 carbs

1) Spread cream cheese on tortilla
2) Place  cooked egg bacon and tomatoes on top
3) Sprinkle with salt pepper and lemon pepper Mrs Dash to taste
4) Roll tortilla and contents up
5) Enjoy :)

Looks delish Cindle. Usually fat free cream cheese contains carbs, we use Kraft Philadelphia Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese < 1 carb per serving. What kind of tortillas are you using? Personally I prefer a large romaine lettuce leaf to any kind of tortilla. Keep up the good recipes...soon life will be thinner for you :)
