I rented a couple of movies and thankfully they were both great pics and consumed my whole evening!! Bible reading then bedtime for me with my pooch. I may kill my dad if he doesnt behave though lol!  ;D

Know this... When urges to smoke get strong, each one you overcome makes you that much stronger for the next urge.

As time goes by, those urges become a non-event... A passing-thought kind of thing.
Deep breaths, Tic Tacs, gums, etc. are seldom needed!
