Just wanted to say hi to all. I have been eating the FTS way for over a month and really love it. I have truely enjoyed reading all the wonderful post ,full of
great recipes and so much helpful advice. You all seem to be right there to help whenever someone has had a question or found themselves in a delima.
Hope to get to know each of you better as time goes on.

Hi Janet, I started 3 weeks ago tomorrow.  It's been rough but is getting better.  I've found a lot of great recipes on the forum, especially the sausage stew, which I love.  There is a lot of support here, which is keeping me going and on track!!!
