tell me about cherries...i do not see sugar count for fresh cherries in the book, black, sweet, etc...i am afraid how many tsp. of sugar they have, we had them on picnics every summer ~ i will miss  :-\

It cut off the rest of my post. For bananas, citrus, and other high sugar flavors i use extracts.You get the flavor with out the sugar.

You should see the cherry tree in mt moms yard.Cherries the size of a golf balls and sweet. I'm not a big cherry fan. I guess lucky me.
