Hi Jim! :)

I feel your pain, brother! :'( :'( :'(

Yes!... I too had severe (sometimes explosive) diarrhea and intestinal gas pains 24/7 for a while during my detox.
My wife bought me some low carb yogurt and that seemed to knock it out overnight.
Give it a try.

Detox gives you all the more reason to stay true to your new lifestyle.
You will not want to endure it again!!!

Also - if you're eating a little too much of some of the sugar free candies, you will experience that as well. At least, I have found it to be true for me. It's good because it helps you learn to eat only a little.

Jim, the sweeteners in many sugar free chocolates, hard candy and SF Ice cream are Malitol and Sorbitol. Both of these sweeteners have been used for years as children's laxatives. Be VERY care with portion control or;

Wow Doug!... I am amazed at how quickly funny pictures circulate on the web.

That picture was taken on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier that my daughter was stationed on.
She said it made it's way around the crew (over 5,000 people) very quickly!

What you do today is what matters!
