I have officially been FTS'ing since February 13 (2 months).  I have lost 20lbs!  Thank you Doug and Umpa for this book.  It changed my life!  :) :)

Thanks everyone!
I am actually down 42lbs total  (20 just with FTS).  I began trying to lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) in May, 2010.  I dropped 20lbs in around 6-7 months and just stalled out after that, either gaining or just not losing.  That's when I picked up Doug's book and began FTS'ing on February 13.  And here I am, 20 in 2 months ! (and writing a success story!) ;D

Looking back at the 9 months of struggling to lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) (WW, JC, and Nutrisystem), I see now why those programs did not work for me.  There are so many hidden carbs in the food I was eating, even when I was dieting!  I can see now why my body just stopped and why it was so easy to put the weight back on...and then some.   :'(

I should change my ticker to read my full weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/), but I wanted to be true to the folks who read and gather strength from this website. 

I was 240, I am now 198!  Still a ways to go, but I'm continuing with my eyes wide open and thank you  Doug and Umpa and everyone here who supports me.  (and of course, my husband who gave me the best christmas present ever!) ;)

I'll keep you posted!
