Never buy alfredo sauce again. This makes a great base for cheese sauces. ;)

Thanks, Doug! I found a recipe for country club chicken that calls for condensed cream of mushroom soup and was planning to look up your alfredo sauce recipe so I can use it instead. You saved me the trouble!

Hi Sarah! :)
I add fresh sliced mushrooms to this and it's WONDERFUL!!! ;D ;D ;D
Who needs Campbell's soup when you have this?... It's sooo much better!!! :)

I have got to try your recipe Doug. I bought some of the Bertolli alfredo sauce in the jar last week, but I KNOW your home-made would be much better.
Oh....instead of pasta, I shredded up long pieced of cabbage and boiled it until there was NO crunch. It made for some nice "pasta" (...though I can't say "pasta" like Doug does! :D :D :D)
