Meal Plans / Re: HELLLP!!!!! I'm going the WRONG way!
« on: February 24, 2012, 03:45:44 PM »
Miss Sarah,

Please DO NOT count calories, count the carbs. Like I said I eat like a
cave bear , forgot to ad get some good fats in there to . Here is what I have
eaten as of 3:30pm

Breakfast:: Coffee 2 cups (Yep, ex-military stronger the better) with whole cream
3 scambled eggs, 3 strips of bacon, slice of cheese
(This is my own version of a a Egg McMuffin), make it without bread
using pancake rings to form up in frying pan

Lunch::      6 oz strip steak, small can of mushrooms sauteed in butter/garlic

Snack ::      Hand full of almonds with garlic salt chaser

Beverages    Coffee, Tea(liquid splenda)

This would give most heart doctors a attack of their own just reading it
last Blood test. Was outstanding HDL was up, LDL was down Tri' way down

This works for me, over the weekend, I'll cook Dougs Fried pork chops for starters
IMHO, take away what hurts, but add back what helps you ..Never just take away.

Miss Sarah,

I am sorry I blew, I saw your post and things got in the way.

IMHO, it looks like you are near to a starvation level, you are never
going to lose weight this way and keep it off. Yep you will eventual lose
weight , then you'll start eating again and here come the pounds.

Now this may sound strange to most dieters , but instead of cutting
food amounts increase them (low carb stuff, please). What should happen
is your body will not be shutting down , instead now it has a food source
which it needs (Your stored body fat). Keep the carbs at less than 20 per day
but increase your protein (Eat a steak) increase your number of meals per day
adding more protein should help. Coffee is great for diets it over rides hunger
for a life style nope , you need to eat, just the right things . If you have FTS
re-read it . Personally , I eat like a cavebear and am still losing weight and that
is after 85lbs and the wonderful part is , there are days I have to stop and fix
something because I simply have no craving for food.

FTS works remember this is not a diet , it is a life style and believe me it works
.

PS: I am trying to locate a picture that was taken of a Manta Ray
off of St. Augustine when I was in a sailboat race wingtip to wingtip
showed on both sides of a 12 ft wide racing sailboat. I was glad
they eat very small things.

Howdy,

Buford here, I just finished cruising the internet. Seems like the jury is
still out on this product. Before I dove into a hole sale move to it, I would
wait until the folks without a money interest in it have spoken up.

Seems like it has a lot of fructose in it which backs me off as a diabetic.

Better safe than sorry, I say wait a little longer.

I got this to my most favorite doggy folks, just like me
and the girls had hoped to do.

"I have a email template of a beautiful white little puppy that
says "

"Until one has loved a dog, a part of one's soul remains unawakened"

I use a email program called Incredimail and can not copy the template,
but I will reply to any emails asking to see this template

Thanks for the headsup, never gonna be a problem here only use
liquid sweeteners. Read about that stuff longtime ago and just never
ordered any for here.

Really appreciate your kindness for thinking about the girls safety.
