Thank you everyone I appreciate your kind welcome. I am doing my best to take this a meal at a time, a day at a time, otherwise I get too anxious and I blow it!  Last night was a victory for me, cuz I am on day 4 now of FTS and still going thru with drawls I guess and I had the biggest sweet tooth, and I literally can feel the craving monsters rear their ugly head! I wanted cake!! Cupcakes with frosting to be exact.  Well thank God for sugar free jello and reddi whip,and it took away that craving.  I am humble and a bit nervous cuz I was doing good the beginning of the year but then I fell off the wagon, and gained back the 21 lbs that I lost!  But validation of the scale today because it went back down!! wooo hooo

That's awesome Terri!!  Ya know...jello has saved me more than once...LOL  When you get further into it you are going to love the bakery book....lots of great recipes here on the forum as well.   If you like cupcakes.... the one minute muffin is a great replacement ;) You can do so many things with it.....   http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=968.120

Terri Fat to Skinny is about replacements.You are not being punished! :D The reason people are so successful on fat to skinny is we have a replacement for everything.When you remove foods from your diet to lose weight and then add them back after weight loss you gain the weight back.We break that cycle, we replace foods with healthier alternatives so there are no foods to add back in to gain the weight back.This is a lifestyle change not a diet.Do not deprive yourself,you are not being punished!If you need help just ask we are all here for you. ;)
