Title: Flackers
Post by: sansucre on September 07, 2011, 05:11:06 PM
Flackers are made by Doctor in the Kitchen. They are hard to find in stores, which is a shame. These crackers are dense and tasty. 3 Flackers have: 110 calories, 8 grams of fat, 8 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fiber. You don't need many to satisfy your "crunch" cravings. I eat 3 of them with Laughing Cow cheese spread and it is delicious. You can buy them online.

One cracker measures 2" X 3.5". It's the denseness and quality of these crackers that makes them so good.

They aren't like regular crackers because they are made of flax seed and not flour.

They are a nice change from GG Bran Crispbread once in a while.
